I love that I can mix my analytical & creative sides by working in UX.
Good Design is most evident when it is absent. We’ve all used a site or application that is bad. Rather than throwing my hands up in despair and clicking off, UX gives me the skills to make it better. UX demands you solve the right problem.
I bring an eclectic range of skills to my role as a User Experience Designer.
I’ve worked in website production both as a freelancer and for FoxSports.com.
I’ve been lead parent which is the ultimate project management role.
I worked as a trekking guide providing 24/7 customer service often in extreme conditions.
I trained as a Journalist which is interviewing, research and writing.

What is User Experience Design?
Designing for People
User Experiencer Design starts with empathy for the user of what is being produced. Through research we design the right thing and then we test to ensure we have designed it right. UX holds that a beautiful thing that doesn’t serve a need is not designed at all.
